Dr. Belina Yi is a pediatric rheumatologist at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She is also an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She specializes in diagnosing and treating diseases that cause inflammation in the bones, muscles, joints and internal organs. These diseases include juvenile dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, vasculitis, scleroderma and more.
Dr. Yi received her medical degree at Touro University California before completing pediatric residency at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her fellowship in pediatric rheumatology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
With a focus on providing individualized and evidence-based medical care, Dr. Yi is passionate about advocating for patients and families, collaborating among medical specialists and conducting clinical research that can help improve patients’ lives.
